Questions and answers

How do I send a quiz?

Open the quiz on tjaz.com and press “Send on Slack”.

Someone sent me a quiz

Open Tjaz under Apps in Slack and tap an answer or “Take the quiz”. The message says who sent it and what they will see.

I don't want quizzes

Open Tjaz in Slack, go to Home and press “Don't send me quizzes”.

How do I remove Tjaz?

Tools & settings → Manage apps → Installed Apps → Tjaz → App Details → Configuration → Remove App. We delete the workspace's data within 14 business days.

Our Slack needs an admin to approve apps

Press “Request to install”. When an admin has approved Tjaz, press “Send on Slack” again.

A quiz in Arabic, Persian or Hebrew looks wrong

Slack doesn't support right-to-left languages, so play it on tjaz.com instead.

When something stops you

You said no in Slack

Nothing was added to Slack. Try again whenever you want to.

Waiting for your Slack admin

Your workspace asks an admin to approve new apps. Press “Request to install” in Slack, and when an admin has approved Tjaz, press “Send on Slack” again. Your quiz is still there.

There's no room for another app

A free Slack can only have a few apps. An admin must remove one before Tjaz can be added.

There are no user groups

User groups are only on Slack's paid plans, and only when Tjaz was allowed to see them when it was added.

Someone didn't get the quiz

Tjaz shows each person who couldn't be reached, and why, e.g. deactivated, from another organisation, or stopped by the workspace's rules, so no one just disappears.
